Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
Credits are the studio's billing unit for work done on your behalf — AI tokens, storage, connector calls, publishes. Every metered operation writes one row to an append-only usage table and one to the ledger, so the balance on your dashboard is the sum of the ledger, not an estimate of it. Reading a dashboard someone already built costs nothing.
What happens when the monthly credits run out?
Operations that would spend past the floor are refused rather than silently queued or billed. An owner can top up at any time, and the top-up lands in the same ledger. Unused credits do not roll over.
Who counts as a seat?
Anyone with a membership in the organisation. The Studio plan bills a minimum of five, and the included credit pool is 1,000 per member — five members is the 5,000 on the card, twelve members is 12,000.
Can a member see everything the organisation connected?
Only if you leave them ungrouped. Permissions come from the groups someone is in, so a member in one group gets that group's access and nothing else — a widget they may not read renders as a locked tile rather than disappearing, so they can ask for it. Owners and admins bypass groups by design.
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes. Seat changes take effect on the next cycle, and cancelling keeps the workspace readable to the end of the period you paid for.
